DeskPet은 이용자가 업로드한 반려동물 사진을 바탕으로 AI가 맞춤형 캐릭터(데스크탑 펫)를 생성·제공하는 디지털콘텐츠 서비스입니다. 캐릭터는 크롬 확장 프로그램 DeskPet에서 표시됩니다.
커스텀 캐릭터 1개의 가격은 US$4.99입니다(판매 대행사가 거주 국가의 세금을 별도 부과할 수 있음). 결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Creem이 처리하며, 결제 영수증 발행·세금 처리도 Creem이 담당합니다. 결제 완료 후 주문에 따라 개별 제작(생성)이 시작되며, 완성되면 6자리 코드 또는 선물 링크로 제공됩니다. 무료 미리보기는 결제 전에 제공됩니다.

DeskPet은 반려동물·동물 사진으로 귀여운 캐릭터를 만드는 용도로만 쓸 수 있습니다. 다음은 금지되며, 자동 안전 검사로 차단되고 위반 시 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
· 사람(본인·타인)의 사진 업로드, 얼굴 합성·딥페이크·얼굴 조작 목적의 이용
· 선정적·성적·폭력적·혐오적이거나 그 밖에 유해한 콘텐츠의 생성 시도
· 타인의 저작권·초상권 등 권리를 침해하는 사진 업로드
· 서비스의 한도·안전장치를 우회하려는 시도
DeskPet은 제3자 AI 모델(Google Gemini)을 이용해 만든 독립 서비스이며, Google과 제휴하거나 Google의 보증을 받은 서비스가 아닙니다. 결과물은 AI가 생성하므로 실제 모습과 다를 수 있습니다. 생성 결과물의 개인적 이용을 보장하며, 관계법령이 정한 범위에서 책임을 부담합니다.

방문하는 웹페이지의 내용·URL·입력 내용을 수집하지 않습니다. 자리비움 감지는 OS 유휴 신호 (chrome.idle)만 사용하며 키 입력을 기록하지 않습니다. 운영자는 카드 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다.

브라우저 저장 데이터는 확장 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다. 주문 기록은 전자상거래법에 따라 5년 보관 후 파기합니다. 삭제 요청은 고객센터로 접수 시 지체 없이 처리합니다.
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

DeskPet is a digital content service that uses AI to create a custom character (a desktop pet) from photos of your pet that you upload. The character is displayed by the DeskPet Chrome extension.
One custom character costs US$4.99 (applicable taxes in your country may be added at checkout). Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which also issues receipts and handles sales tax/VAT. Your character is created individually after payment and delivered as a 6-character code or a gift link. A free preview is shown before you pay.

DeskPet may only be used to create cute characters from photos of pets and animals. The following are prohibited; they are blocked by automated safety checks and violations may lead to loss of access:
· Uploading photos of people (yourself or others), or using the service for face-swapping, deepfakes or face manipulation
· Attempting to generate NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content
· Uploading photos that infringe on others' copyrights or likeness rights
· Attempting to bypass the service's limits or safety measures
DeskPet is an independent product built on third-party AI models (Google Gemini). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Results are AI-generated and may differ from your actual pet. Characters you create are for your personal use. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We never collect the content, URLs or inputs of web pages you visit. Away-detection uses only the OS idle signal (chrome.idle); no keystrokes are recorded. We never receive or store your card details.
· Google (Gemini API): receives uploaded photos solely to generate your character.
· Creem (Merchant of Record): collects and processes your email and payment details for payment, receipts and tax.
· Supabase · Cloudflare: backend and web hosting.
Data in your browser is deleted when you remove the extension. Order records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law, then deleted. Deletion requests are handled promptly.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
